We recently had a patient participation group meeting and we discussed the physio triage service. One of the members has used the service and was praising the whole system. He said he was triaged appropriately by the staff at the surgery, telephoned the same day by Jo, offered appropriate advice and seen for a face to face appointment. He could not fault it – in fact he said he had paid privately for a physio earlier in the year and had got a better service with the new system!
