Due to the high volume of calls to GP surgeries patients with other conditions can struggle to get through to make an appointment For the surgeries we work with we offer a direct line to ourselves which the MSK patients are directed to from the GP surgery voicemail. We then access the surgery diary via a secure VPN and link to N3 and book into the surgery diary for a telephone or video consultaion with one of our clinicians.
