Phillip Dale has been working as a Chartered Physiotherapist since 2001 and since 2011 has been working at a Director level mainly from a financial, commercial and strategic perspective He specialises in the field of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Phillip has been a key player in the transformation of Musculoskeletal Community Services utilising his in-depth knowledge of the political arena and his experience of change management.
Phillip worked with Jo to set up First Point Physio Ltd in 2017 which grew from a 30 hour a week clinic in Haverhill, Suffolk to now working in over 160 GP practices across the Midlands, the South East and Southern England with over 85 staff.
